Christopher L. Picone, President
Christopher L. Picone is the Founder, President and General Counsel of Picone Advisory Group, LLC. Chris has significant experience in all phases of financial restructurings, operations, turnaround situations, bankruptcy, liquidations, litigation support matters, real estate development, construction and asset management. His legal and business career encompasses over 30 years, serving in various executive management positions and as a trusted advisor to businesses of all sizes in a variety of different industries. Chris began his career with a Chicago based law firm where he focused his legal practice in the areas of Corporate Transactions, Federal Income Tax matters and Real Estate. Following over a decade of private law practice, Chris moved to the corporate sector serving as President, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for several large Chicago based firms.
Among his recent roles, Chris served as the Chief Restructuring Officer in the Sea Launch Company (an international telecommunications satellite launch firm) Chapter 11 proceeding. He also served as Financial Advisor to TVI Corporation (a manufacturer of powered air respirators, gas masks and filters, specialized shelters and mobile mortuary systems) in its Chapter 11 proceeding. Most recently Chris is currently serving as the Settled Claims Trustee in a high profile product liability class action involving a salmonella tainted food additive. Chris has also supervised the liquidation of numerous businesses in and out of bankruptcy.
A proven Finance and Accounting executive with over thirty (30) years of experience in manufacturing, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, electronics, commercial real estate development and consumer products, Debra Fahey brings a wealth of both public and private sector experience to her clients. Her broad based experience includes both business-to-business and business-to-consumer companies, including General Motors, Baxter Healthcare and AT&T.
Debra’s areas of expertise include Financial and Operations Analysis, Decision Modeling, Strategic Planning, Month-End Close, Budgeting, Financial Statements, Cash Flow Analysis, Forecasting, Management Reporting and Capital Investments.
Debra holds a Masters of Science in Management with a major in Finance from Purdue University and a Bachelors of Business Administration from St. Mary’s Notre Dame. Debra is a Certified Public Accountant and is also a Certified Management Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Treasury Professional, Certified Internal Auditor and Project Management Professional.
With more than 30 years’ experience, Dennis is a results and profit–driven executive consultant with an extensive background in manufacturing and management at a senior management level within multiple industries that include automotive, aerospace, defense, plastics and firearms in both government and commercial sectors. Dennis has the unique ability to work and communicate effectively with hourly employees on the factory floor, factory operations managers, manufacturing engineers, product designers, senior management and the board of directors. As a result, Dennis has demonstrated the ability to identify and accelerate strategic measures that strengthen performance, with sustained, multi million-dollar results. Dennis is experienced in launching new startups and turning around floundering companies by creating double digit productivity improvements. He also demonstrates the ability to identify untapped opportunities and lead the development of new products and services to exploit those new opportunities. Dennis is a recognized expert in next generation supply chain development and management, having worked with the Air Force Research Lab for a number of years developing and testing a new supply chain concept, “Network Centric Manufacturing”.
Among his recent roles, Dennis is acting as Chief Operating Officer for a supply chain management software company helping raise $25 million to launch a new product and services to do supply chain risk analysis, war game alternate solutions and implement those solutions on complex multi-tiered supply chains, as well as, providing a software solution for tracking the supply chain’s performance in real time. He is also working with a public-private partnership that is creating a software-as-a-service solution to bring modeling and simulation and high performance computing with supporting services to the U.S. manufacturing community in a pay-by-the-use model through an internet portal. Dennis was also a key member of the proposal team that was successful in winning a grant for $70 million from the federal government with a matching $150 million from industry to create the Digital Manufacturing and Design Innovation Institute and acted as the interim Director of Technology Transition and Director of Workforce development during its startup and launch phase. Dennis is also a frequent speaker on the future of manufacturing at manufacturing forums and conferences.
Beth Keno is a results-oriented consultant, certified coach, and trainer who partners with her clients to tailor programs to their specific learning and development goals. With over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurial and business coaching and consulting Beth brings strategic and results orientated solutions to our clients. She excels in working with all levels from entrepreneurs and small business owners to executive teams and project teams to the staff on the floor. Industries from banking, manufacturing, and professional services have partnered with Beth to facilitate growth within their organizations. She demonstrates expertise in strategic planning and execution, organizational and cultural assessment, leadership development, process improvement and executive and team coaching. Beth has a particular expertise with law firms, having consulted and coached on the management, strategy, operational efficiencies, and business development aspects of their business.
